General Meetings are held at the Kingsway, on Wentworth Road, in Windsor, on the first Monday of every month at 7:30pm (Unless the first Monday of the month happens to land on a holiday, in which case the meeting will be held on the second Monday of the month for that month only). All are welcome! Please use the front entrance. The membership fee for the 2008/2009 season is $20.00/family.

SATURDAY MAY 30/09
The end of season general meeting will be held at the Kingsway Gardens Saturday May 30th.
There will be a meet and greet in the bar between 6:00 & 6:45.
The meal will be served at 7:00 and will consist of caesar salad folowed by roasted turkey dinner and apple crisp for dessert.
The cost is $20.00 per person and will be collected at the door.
Please advise John Bartlett by e-mail (johnabartlett@hotmail.com) or by phone @ 798 8703 if you are able to attend and are bringing guests.
We have to advise the Kingsway of the guaranteed number of people planning on attending no later than Saturday May 23rd .
We will also be phoning everybody during the week of May 17th to comfirm attendance.
Please advise John if you are able to gather door prizes to give away, it can be prizes donated by businesses or even recycled gifts if you wish.
